This entire production line comprises an automatic rewinding unit, one color printing unit, one UV dryer, and one IR dryer. The automatic unwinding unit features functions including automatic unwinding, anti-static capability, adjustable speed magnetic powder tension control, automatic protective film separation, and auto-stop in the absence of material. The printing unit is constructed with an integrally cast column, beam, and head, and incorporates systems such as feeding correction, dust removal and cleaning, a Φ3mm round hole punching device, and CCD automatic alignment correction, with all printing operations controlled by a servo motor. The IR dryer offers 60 meters of drying length, automatic correction, and protective film laminating function, equipped with an ionizing fan for static removal, a cold air device, LED lighting, and an automatic stop function in case of material sticking.
