The automatic front-back correction system for packaging bags is an integrated visual inspection and auto-correction device specially designed for packaging production lines. Its core function is to solve the problems of defective products and production line jams caused by reversed front and back sides of packaging bags during printing, bag-making, filling, sealing and other processes.
By using machine vision to identify the front-back features of packaging bags and cooperating with mechanical actuators to automatically flip and correct the bags, it realizes unmanned precise sorting and correction of front and back sides on the production line, serving as one of the core supporting systems for automated packaging lines.
Compatible with linkage operations of upstream/downstream equipment including bag-making machines, filling machines, labeling machines, and case packers.
