Machine Features

This machine is specially designed for cylinder head gasket screen printing, and widely applied in cylinder head gasket sealing gaskets.

The whole machine consists of three closed-loop stepping drive feeding and unloading systems, one servo top and bottom silk printing head, precise and fast positioning worktable and dust removal system.

Operation Process:

• Manually place the product in the feeding point on the feeding rack.
• Motorized positioning rod rises to height for grabbing.
• Vacuum fetching system grabs the product and places it on the conveyor belt.
• Conveyor belt moves the product to the screen printing position for accurate positioning.
• High-precision screen printing occurs.
• Finished products are transported to the unloading conveyor simultaneously with the next cycle.
