The Heat Transfer Label Roll to Roll Screen Printing Equipment is designed to print on film material in roll, such as PET, PVC, PE, PV, PP film. This high-performance line consists of a feeder, a high-precision printing unit, and a hot air dryer.

  • Feeder Unit: Features dust removal rollers and an automatic alarm for material depletion.
  • Printing Unit: Vacuum table fixes PET film in position. Equipped with three photocell sensors for automatic registration to ensure ±0.01mm accuracy.
  • Drying System: Hot air dryer with 30M, 60M, or 80M pass options. Includes cooling and automatic rewinding functionality.
  • High Automation: Only one operator is required for the entire production line.
  • Superior Productivity: Production capacity is equivalent to six sets of semi-automatic screen printing machines.

Applications: RFID, heat transfer labels, stickers, membrane switches, graphic overlays, IMD, IML, FPC, ceramic decals, motorcycle helmet decals, nameplates, and non-woven fabrics.
