The RO controller processes data to regulate the system's operation. Data signals (liquid level, pressure) are sent to the CPU via switch inputs; results are output through switch outputs to actuate components such as valves.
RO is a leading desalination technology, removing salts and pollutants. It uses membranes with pores 0.0001 to 0.001 micrometers, filtering bacteria, viruses, ions, salts, and carcinogens. It offers automatic flushing to extend membrane life significantly.
The high-pressure pump is crucial for RO systems, providing needed pressure to the membrane. Low-pressure protection stops pump idling during water shortage, preventing wear and ensuring system stability.
