3. Working Principle

The alarm system starts when the thermal cord detects an ambient temperature of 100ºC. The suppression system activates and discharges the extinguishing agent at 140ºC.

The solenoid valve is held in a latched position without power until a signal is received from the control panel. Once released, the latching solenoid opens the cylinder valve. It also includes an emergency release button for manual operation.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does the automatic fire suppression system activate?
The system activates via a thermal detection cord. An alarm triggers at 100°C, and the dry powder agent is automatically discharged when the temperature reaches 140°C.
What extinguishing agent is used in this system?
The system utilizes 12KG of ABC 90% dry powder agent, driven by nitrogen gas for efficient fire suppression.
Is the system suitable for sensitive electrical equipment?
Yes, it is specifically designed for industrial printing machines, computer rooms, and other electronic facilities where water-based suppression might cause damage.
Can the fire suppression system be operated manually?
Yes, the latching solenoid is designed with an emergency release button to manually depress the cylinder valve if immediate discharge is needed.
What certifications do your fire safety products have?
Most products are certified with international standards including CE, EN3, EN671, EN1869, and UL.
How long does it take for the system to discharge after activation?
The system features a rapid activation time of less than 8 seconds once the threshold temperature is reached.
