Digital Robot 2000A is an innovative 'off-line' book binding solution designed specifically for print-on-demand requirements. It features fully automatic adjustments through a touch screen, ensuring short changeover times for various binding formats. With exchangeable EVA and PUR gluing tanks (optional), it is the ideal post-press solution for short-run digital printing.
It can be connected inline with digital three-knife trimmers and stackers to create a fully automatic perfect binding line, making even small production runs economically viable.

Features vibration to settle the book spine. The pneumatic controlled book clamps automatically adjust based on book thickness.
Milling and notching with depth of 0-3mm. Can be lowered if milling is not required for certain jobs.
Movable EVA spine gluing tank allows fast changeover to PUR. Side gluing and nipping plates are all automatically adjusted for width and position.
Quadruple cover scoring with double-feed detection. Auto-lift conveyor ensures a gentle delivery to maintain book shape.
