The BM-400D Gravure Printing Machine combines the advanced characteristics of various printing technologies. It is composed of an unwinding unit, feeding traction unit, printing unit, drying unit, discharging traction unit, winding unit, and an electrical control part with corresponding instruments. Controlled by a sophisticated computer system, this rotogravure printing machine utilizes a high-performance 7-motor tension control system. All operations, including automatic roll changing, are managed via PLC and a user-friendly Human-Machine Interface (HMI), supplemented by a high-definition video inspection system.
Equipment Composition: The equipment primarily consists of units for feeding, unwinding and cutting, unwinding traction, printing, drying, winding traction, winding and cutting, and discharging.
