Cylinder: Precision cylindrical machining and grinding with high-quality plating for uniform heating across the entire drum surface.
Heating Pipes: Stainless steel heating pipes imported from Taiwan. Direct oil heating allows temperature to reach 200°C in approximately 45 minutes.
Packaging & Delivery
Standard Packaging: Securely packed in wooden cases (fumigated for European exports). For tighter containers, we use PE film protection or iron frames with PVC bags and internal foam cushioning to ensure machine safety during transit.
